Why are my answers marked as incorrect even if they are correct?
Please make sure that you read exercise instructions carefully and that the answer you are submitting is formatted accordingly. E.g. If you are asked to provide an answer as a whole number, it should include only that. Answers not complying with the format requirements will be rejected by the system.
There are occasional issues that are apparently caused by the browser. Try closing and opening your browser. If it doesn’t help, try logging in on a different browser or device.
The official grading system is independent of the scores displayed in your browser, so even if you encounter these problems, they will not affect your official results.
We also recommend checking other FAQs here relating to missing certificate and the peer-review process. Sometimes, a technical problem might turn out to be just a misunderstanding of the task or integral features of the platform (delay that might be caused by the peer-review process, for example).
