Why are my answers marked as incorrect even if they are correct?
Please make sure that you read exercise instructions carefully and that the answer you are submitting is formatted accordingly. E.g. If you are asked to provide an answer as a whole number, it should include only that.
There are occasional issues that are apparently caused by the browser. Try closing and opening your browser. If it doesn’t help, try logging in on a different browser or device.
The official grading system is independent of the scores displayed in your browser, so even if you encounter these problems, they will not affect your official results.
If the problem persists, please send the admins a private message on Spectrum. Please note: Avoid sharing screenshots of your answers in public in order to avoid revealing the correct answers to other students.
