What are the requirements for completing the Introduction to AI and Building AI courses?

Introduction to AI:

To pass the course, you need to complete at least 90% of the exercises and get 50% of the exercises right.

Correctness is calculated as the average correctness over all the completed exercises (so each exercise has the same weight). The text answers are counted as 100% correct assuming they are confirmed valid.

Note: The peer evaluated exercises (4, 15, 23, 24, 25) count as completed when you have given enough peer reviews and received enough reviews from others, with high-enough score.

On peer reviews:

The free text answers that are peer reviewed will take some time to be processed because we need a sufficient number of reviews. Furthermore, we will manually verify any answers that get lower than average scores, which will take even more time. This is why some of you will have to wait for the grading and the certificates for an extended period of time.

If you still have questions about the certificates, please check out the online community.

Building AI:

In order to pass the course, you have to complete at least 19 of the exercises (out of a total of 21), and answer 50% of those correctly. Each exercise has three difficulty options (beginner, intermediate, and advanced). Doing any one of these levels will count as completing the exercise.

Intermediate and Advanced exercises require programming. If you complete enough intermediate or advanced exercises, this will be mentioned on your certificate of completion.

You'll earn intermediate honors by completing 19 of the exercises, with at least 14 of these being at the intermediate level.

You'll earn advanced honors by completing 19 of the exercises, with at least 14 of these being at the advanced level.

Note: Your final score will not be shown on the course certificates.

Congratulations to all who passed already and all who will do so in the future!
