I have a technical problem with the course platform and I couldn’t find the answer here - what can I do?

There are occasional issues that are apparently caused by the browser. For example, it may look like you haven’t answered the questions even if you have. The official grading system is independent of the scores displayed in your browser, so even if you encounter such problems, they will not affect your official results.

Try closing and opening your browser. Then, try logging in on a different browser or device.

If these steps don’t help, see if the Online Community already found an answer for the problem on Spectrum. Please note: Avoid sharing screenshots of your answers in public in order to avoid revealing the correct answers to other students. You may also send the admins a private message about the issue on Spectrum.
